1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "philboss", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the philboss platform and its operating entity, accessible at philboss.one.
• "Platform" means the philboss website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming services available at philboss.one.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a philboss account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with philboss.
• "Funds" means the monetary balance held within a Player's philboss Account wallet, derived from deposits and winnings.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, fishing games, live dealer tables, and any other gaming products available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by philboss to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the philboss Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory standards. philboss actively enforces age verification and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, and all associated Funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The philboss Platform is intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of philboss is lawful in your jurisdiction. philboss makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you must not register or use philboss.

2.3 Account Registration

To access philboss Games and services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) philboss Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of Funds therein. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact philboss support immediately.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philboss Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. philboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your philboss Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify philboss support immediately via live chat. philboss will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.

3.3 Account Verification

philboss reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point during the lifecycle of your Account. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals, upon account review, or at the request of regulatory authorities. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

philboss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. philboss reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and credited to your philboss wallet immediately upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to credit, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within a short timeframe. philboss reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if the Account is under investigation for fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements may result in the removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the philboss Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the Player's bank or payment service provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by philboss are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. General principles applicable to all philboss bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• philboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All Games available on the philboss Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each Game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules. General gameplay terms include:

• All philboss RNG (random number generator) games utilise independently certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are the result of genuine random processes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, philboss reserves the right to void affected bets and Games. Bets that cannot be honoured due to a system error will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• philboss is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the Player's internet connection failing during a gaming session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each Game and are displayed within the Game interface prior to each session.
• All Game results are final once confirmed. philboss will not reverse Game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philboss Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be referred to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Registering or using the Platform on behalf of another person, or operating multiple Accounts.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Colluding with other Players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with Games or the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or unintended game features for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the integrity of Games or the fair experience of other Players.

8. Responsible Gaming

philboss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a set duration of play has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests must be made via philboss support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the philboss Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, audio, video, game content, logos, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of philboss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the philboss Platform without express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, philboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or server downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any Game outcome or the results of any wager placed on the Platform.

philboss's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

philboss collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. philboss complies with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the philboss Platform shall first be submitted to philboss's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

philboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
